Keeping You Safe and Healthy
The time has finally come and we can't wait to see you! We are so grateful for your support over the past 10 YEARS (we just had our anniversary) and we can not wait to see what the future holds. Your safety and comfort will be our top priority, as it always has, and we cant wait to see you and make you feel beautiful!
Please be patient with us as we navigate the changes we have to implement in order to keep us all safe and healthy.
There are a couple of things to note and requests we ask of you...
~Per state guidelines only you can come to your appointment, so as much as we love your kids, friends, husbands and dogs, only the person who the appointment is for will be allowed inside the salon. The only exception is a parent accompanying a minor who has an appointment with us.
~Facial coverings are required at all times while in the salon except when the covering must be removed to perform services on that part of the face. We will also be wearing facial coverings at all times.
~Temperature and/or symptom screening will be done upon arrival. You will also receive a form from Vagaro that we will require be filled out prior to your appointment. Check your appointment confirmation emails for the form or the link to the form. You can also access the form using this button:
~Please be aware of physical distancing and hand sanitizing while at the salon. We will be handling payment and rescheduling in the treatment to minimize crowding at the desk.
In an effort to keep business costs low we are asking, if you are able, for cash or check payments. We pay a tremendous amount in credit card processing fees monthly and we are looking at all ways we can save while we get back on our feet. Exact cash amounts would also be helpful if your able.
Appointments
We will be working hard at getting those who's appointments were canceled first, in first and going from there. Jenna and I (Ashley) have disabled the option for online booking for now while we try to make up for lost time and missed appointments. Cristina will be available for online booking if you normally see her or if you need to get in sooner, she will take wonderful care of you!
